Automation Challenge

Automatic Video Editor: Whether it's playbacks of live streams, security footage, or you accidentally left the camera on in between scenes. You always have to edit out the sections where nothing is happening. This is a very long and tedious process before getting into creative editing. Come up with a solution that will produce the subset of frames where those sections are cut out.

Participants are free to come up with a different problem to solve, as long as it is an automation problem.
