Developer Tool Challenge

Create a tool that helps with development, or can be used by other applications.

Teams participating in this Challenge are encouraged to talk with other teams and come up with a tool that would help them.

For example, a team doing the Open Data challenge could be using a small sample set they download directly to test their application/algorithm on.

Meanwhile, a different team would be creating a tool such as a web scraper to pull the real data from the open data resources.

Then once that tool is done the Open Data team switches from the small sample set to using the tool to fetch that data.

However, teams are allowed to develop whatever tool they come up with.
