Optimization Challenge

A person is delivering packages and must complete their quota within a given time frame. Their vehicle has limited space, so they can only deliver a certain amount of packages before returning to load more. Develop a solution that optimizes the path and packages they must take to complete their quota in the least amount of time.

Students are also free to:
-Take current implementation of an algorithm and design and implement an optimization.
-Take a current design of a system, point out it's flaws, then redesign it to fix those flaws and optimize the system.
-Note: It can even be optimizing and reorganization an old project that you made.
